Chevalier, Allen & Lichman, LLP, Challenges FAA’s Proposed Modification to Departure Procedures at McCarran International Airport on Behalf of the City of Las Vegas.

On behalf of the City of Las Vegas, Chevalier, Allen & Lichman, LLP, has filed a challenge to the FAA’s proposed modification of departure procedures at McCarran International Airport (McCarran) in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. The FAA’s proposed modifications at McCarran include a change in departure routes which will result in, among other things, increased air quality, noise and other environmental impacts. The Ninth Circuit has not yet set a briefing schedule.
