Barbara E. Lichman, Ph.D., Selected as Member of San Diego ATAG.

Barbara Lichman, Ph.D., managing partner of Chevalier, Allen & Lichman, LLP, has been selected as a member of the Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan Technical Advisory Group (“ATAG”) formed by the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority. The ATAG’s mission is to “provide recommendations to the Board of the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority on significant land use compatibility policy issues affecting airports, airport users, land use jurisdictions and communities and land owners in the vicinity of airports in San Diego County.” Key policy issues to be addressed by the ATAG include the definition of “existing land uses” and the derivation of development density and intensity standards to be imposed within the San Diego Airport Land Use Commission’s jurisdiction.
